GROUPS: 
The cancellation deadline for all room nights and golf rounds, guaranteed by the credit card and deposit(s) provided, is 90-days prior to arrival. The signed contract and deposit is required to guarantee the reservation. Until contract and deposit are received, the booking is in “hold” status with no room types or tee times guaranteed. Failure to cancel or reduce the reserved rooms and tee times by the deadline date shall result in forfeiture of deposit and charges for all cancellations. Charges for all rooms and tee times are the responsibility of the guest whose name the reservations are under.
